La Fernera is set on a plot of 5 acres, in a picturesque rural setting which is ideal for familes.Inland from Valencia, close to the village of Siete Aguas, this is a very tranquil location for a very relaxing holiday.If you wish to relax by the pool or go for walks in the country, La Fernera offers you the best of both worlds.

There is a private swimming pool, large grounds for relaxing walks, and a safe play area for Children with swings and slides.

10 minutes from Buñol (Bunyol) which is famous for the Tomatina festival,
15 Minutes from the Valencia Ricardo Tormo race circuit - for MotoGP ,World Superbike (WSB),
30 Minutes from the Mestalla Stadium , home of Valencia F.C.
20 Minutes from Valencia Airport (Free pick up can be arranged).
There is easy access to the A3 motorway and rail routes- with a train service into Valencia city from Siete Aguas.
If you are landing at Alicante Airport a transfer can be provided at extra cost.

Accommodation

The guest accommodation is in a apartment which is seperate from the main house.It sleeps up to 6 people as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 1 Double bed and en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double and 2 single beds

Bed linen is changed frequently and towels are provided.
