For trips to to the Beach/Port America's Cup and the City of Arts & Sciences - you can hop on one of Valencias excellent buses which stop very close to the apartment
In a quiet and safe location, with a light,spacious and stylish decor, this apartment offers you a comfortable stay in the centre of Valencia.It has a large lounge with 3 balconies, 2 separate double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/diner which leads into second lounge with a double size daybed and 2 further balconies.The separate bathroom has bath and shower.
With access to the roof terrace, you can also enjoy the Valencian sunshine.
The Apartment is available for weekends, shortstay, weekly and monthly rental.
The minimum period is 3 days

Booking Conditions
A deposit is required for damages/breakages - either 300 euros cash,
or a U.K. cheque with valid bank guaranteed card for £200.
The cost of repairing damage, replacing breakages and any cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit and only balance returned. Proof of I.D. is required at time of entry to apartment i.e. Passport or I.D. Card ( for Europeans)

The Apartment is in a smart residential building, no parties are allowed.
